Erie, PA  – Country Fair Incorporated, a chain of 72 convenience stores headquartered in Erie, PA, has been named one of America’s Best-In-State Employers of 2021 by Forbes, which recognized a total of 100 companies throughout the Commonwealth with at least 500 employees. Survey participants were asked to give their opinions on a series of statements surrounding work-related topics including working conditions, salary, the potential for development, and company image regarding their current employer.

America’s Best Employers were selected based on an independent survey where more than 80,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 people employed in their U.S. locations were asked open-ended questions about their employer. The survey took place between October of 2020 and June of 2021. Forbes posted their results online on August 24^th, 2021.
